RoE (Rules of Engagement) EU401

1.0 – Protected by RoE

 

1.1 – Normal / Own Territory Space – All Survey Ships are protected when UPC. Only a survey is allowed on mining nodes.

1.2 – Armada Circle – All ships sitting within the own armada circle are protected before the armada starts.
1.3 – Token / Mirror-Voucher / Swarm Space  – All ships are protected whether UPC or OPC.

1.4 - Event systems where specific ships are mentioned, killing with the wrong ship is against roe.


2.0 – What is Explicitly not Protected


2.1 – Surveys that's UPC on a 0 node EXCLUDING SURVEYS IN TERRITORY OR IN ANY SYSTEM COVERED IN 1.3  with a 2 Minute warning ingame private message. The burden of proof lies at the attacker!
2.2 – Surveys that are OPC.
2.3 – Warships (where not covered by 1.*).
2.4 – Player stations shield or share applies!
2.5 – Surveys from other Alliances in own Territory.
2.6 – All ships actively raiding a base or used in PvP.
2.7 – Revenge attack against a UPC miner is against RoE.
2.8 -Only voyager allowed on anomaly mining nodes, any other ship given 2 minute warning.



3.0 – When RoE doesn't apply


3.1 – When KOS / war has been declared against player/alliance.
3.2 – During PvP events in named systems only. General PvP events without a named system RoE still applies.
3.3 – During a territory capture/defense



4.0 - Extended RoE


4.1 - Failed armadas of your own alliance can be reserved in the GC for 5 minutes (example: [Coordinates] reserved for "Allytag"). This armada may not be launched by another alliance within the 5 minutes!

4.2 - Killing player ships hunting Hirogen relics in lost systems or killing species 8472 bioships** summoned by other players is to be avoided.
