RoE (Rules of Engagement) EU401 1.0 – Protected by RoE 1.1 – Normal / Own Territory Space – All Survey Ships are protected when UPC. Only a survey is allowed on mining nodes. 1.2 – Armada Circle – All ships sitting within the own armada circle are protected before the armada starts. 1.3 – Token / Mirror-Voucher / Swarm Space – All ships are protected whether UPC or OPC. 1.4 - Event systems where specific ships are mentioned, killing with the wrong ship is against roe. 2.0 – What is Explicitly not Protected 2.1 – Surveys that's UPC on a 0 node EXCLUDING SURVEYS IN TERRITORY OR IN ANY SYSTEM COVERED IN 1.3 with a 2 Minute warning ingame private message.
